Portrait of Dr Louise Zwiers

Care that starts with listening.

I’m a general practitioner who combines evidence-based conventional medicine with an integrative, whole-person approach. Symptoms rarely appear in isolation, so I look at the bigger picture: sleep, nutrition, stress, hormones, gut health, and the life you’re living around them.

My consultations are unhurried. I want to understand what you’re experiencing and what matters most to you, so that together we can build a plan that fits your life. Where medication is the right answer, I’ll prescribe it. Where lifestyle changes, further tests or a referral would help more, I’ll explain why.

I have a particular interest in prevention: helping you stay well for longer, not only treating illness once it arrives.
